IntelliCorp is a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) and the information we provide is governed by laws pertaining to our industry. You can feel comfortable knowing that we operate our business in full compliance with these laws. There are also state and local laws which pertain to background screening, and some industries require background checks prior to hire.

We’re committed to respecting the privacy of the information we collect and distribute to our clients. We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and with all federal and state requirements for obtaining motor vehicle reports (MVRs).

It is our responsibility to keep you informed of changes in legislation that could affect how you access and use consumer reports in the recruiting process. We actively monitor legislation and notify you immediately of any updates or changes.
