To order Motor Vehicle Reports from IntelliCorp, you must file an Employment Subscription Agreement Form .

To order Motor Vehicle Reports from these states, you must also file a state agreement:

• Colorado
• Georgia
• Maryland
• Michigan
• New Hampshire
• Ohio
• Pennsylvania
• Virginia

In addition, two states - California and Washington - require you to file additional documentation to access MVRs. Please review the IntelliCorp Employment Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) Compliance Forms Packet Checklist for more information on each state's requirements.
